HOW TO USE THE PODS
Step one
Bag it
Place your order online. We’ll send you an email with a QR code and instructions for you to:
put your items into a bag
pop a note into your bag with your name, phone number and any special instructions
secure your bag tightly.
Step two
Drop-off
Scan your QR code from your email and drop off your bag. You’ll receive an email to confirm your drop off.
You can log into your account at any time to get the details of all your orders.
Step three
Pick-up
We will email you when your items are ready for collection.
At the pick-up door, scan your QR code from your collection email and pick up your beautifully clean and pressed items.
Locations
Currently we have two pods, Serpentine Green Shopping Centre and Waterside Garden Centre. Our self service pods mean you can drop-off or pick-up your clothes at a convenient time at drive by locations.
