How will I know when to collect my clothes from the pod?

You will receive an email as confirmation you have dropped off your dirties. When your clothes are back at the pod waiting for you, we’ll send you another email with a QR code and instructions on how to pick up your clean items.

You can then collect at a time that works for you.
